So I chose to be proactive and did some breath practices and vocal tones to bring myself back into balance.
The anxiety I had been feeling over world affairs, unknown factors in my own life, and hopes of doing well had seeped deep into my body.
That tension was affecting the quality of my experience. But after a few short simple exercises, I was able to liberate the underlying truth.
That I am doing just fine. That there is still peace in my heart and ease in my body.
Once we have absorbed toxic anxiety it can have a cascading impact on our state of being. Leaving us depressed, or frozen, feeling powerless and not knowing what to do.
But there is so much we can do to empower ourselves by cleansing toxic thoughts and emotions, and by lifting our vibration with breath practices, sounds, and gentle movements.
The release of stress and fear is an amazing experience. It feels so good to our body and our mind.
It provides an opportunity to heal the conditions that limit us and provides the time/space we need to grow into the fullest expression of our best self.
