Teaching & Learning Community of Practice Session
This session will explore how trauma-informed teaching practices can be incorporated into the classroom — both in-person and online. Participants will also hear about practices such as incorporating flexibility and mindfulness into their teaching. SSHRC Connection Grants
The Office of the Vice-President, International provides up to $5,000 in matching funds in support of SSHRC Connection Grant (CG) applications. CG proposals must be international in scope and have at least one international co-applicant/collaborator identified, with presenters from outside of Canada. The goal of the Race, Gender and Diversity Initiative is to support community-based and community-led research partnerships with post-secondary institutions that are grounded in the lived experience of underrepresented or disadvantaged groups and analyze the causes and persistence of systemic racism and discrimination.
