Now, more than ever, our world needs creative solutions from our Berkeley Changemakers. Berkeley Changemaker™ is a way to codify an essential part of what UC Berkeley has always stood for, and judging from student and faculty feedback, provides a future-oriented narrative that our whole campus can rally behind, humanists and scientists alike. Its focus on critical thinking, communication, and collaboration activates student’s passions and helps them develop a sharper sense of who they want to be and how to make that happen. Join moderator Oliver O’Reilly in conversation with Linda Burton, Jennifer Johnson-Hanks and Michael Lu about the Berkeley Changemaker.

This workshop for staff is part of the 2021 NOW Encore Series. We will focus on excerpts from the book, The Conversation – How Seeking and Speaking the Truth About Racism Can Radically Transform Individuals and Organizations, by Dr. Robert Livingston.
