What is immunotherapy?
Immunotherapy uses a person’s own immune system to fight cancer, basically drugs encourage the body’s own immune system to attack the disease. Unfortunately, immunotherapies do not work for all patients.
The Immune-Image project, jointly funded by EU and EFPIA (GA831514), aims to develop different methods to study the immune cells involved before, during, and after treatments allowing selection of the right treatment for the right patient at the right time.
ECPC (the European Cancer Patient Coalition) supports communication and dissemination of the Immune-Image project’s outcomes towards cancer patients and cancer organisations. We are happy to announce that with support of the project partners, Immune-Image developed several translations of the patient brochure and video that is now available.
Discover more about immunotherapy, its benefits and the project in the patient brochure which is translated in Finnish, Italian, Romanian, Slovak, Dutch, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, German and French language.
The video is also available in Finnish, Italian, French, Romanian, Slovak, Dutch, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish and German.
