China’s leadership is confronted with a challenging task, as it aims to maintain the country’s brisk pace of economic development, while simultaneously pursuing a series of demanding decarbonisation targets to meet its ambitious carbon-neutrality goals. To achieve this, the 14th Five Year Plan, in particular, emphasizes that China will focus on limiting carbon and energy intensity, while also strengthening its domestic energy supply. New Junior Project Manager - Digital Hospitality

Ruiye Wang was born in 1999 in Chengdu. He has obtained International Baccalaureate diploma from Chengdu Meishi International School. He is currently a third-year student at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, majoring in International Hospitality Management. Ruiye has worked at Intercontinental Hotel in Chengdu, and has experiences in guest service and events management. He speaks Mandarin, English and basic French. Ruiye actively engages in various sport activities, especially boxing. Welcome aboard Ruiye!

Launch of Swissnex in Japan

On July 24, 2021, the President of the Swiss Confederation, H.E. Guy Parmelin, announced the opening of a new Consulate of Switzerland in Osaka, Japan and the 6th Swissnex key location. The opening of a new Consulate in Osaka marks a further expansion of Swissnex, the Swiss network for education, research and innovation. The new key location in the dynamic Kansai region, where Switzerland will take part in the OSAKA 2025 World Exhibition, is scheduled to be up and running in the first half of 2022. ➠ Learn more
