MEF
An industry association of 200 member companies, MEF is driving the development of a  global federation of network, cloud, and technology providers supporting dynamic, assured, and certified network services that power enterprise digital transformation. MEF develops service standards, LSO frameworks and APIs, and certification programs for services, technologies, and professionals.

Join us 15 September to hear Mayank Malik review ongoing research in device identity authentication in decentralized distributed environments. Mayank is Chief Data Officer at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Science laboratory at Stanford University. Mayank will explore Keymaker, a set of smart contracts, protocol, and helper libraries that enable social verification of IoT device identity.

Join Tram Vo on 29 September to learn more about MOBI Trusted Trip and how it promises to transform the global mobility ecosystem. Transportation is the largest source of CO2 emissions in many countries. Currently, the technology to measure, manage, and incentivize greener behavior doesn’t exist. MOBI is creating blockchain-based standards to identify vehicles, people, businesses, and the Trusted Trip — a key primitive enabling smart mobility and carbon tracking.

October 13: Two FSSC Working Group members joined forces to develop a blockchain-based loan origination system to lower costs and increase scale for On the Road Lending’s auto loan program for low-income consumers. Dave Eddy, formerly of Toyota Financial Services, and Michelle Corson of On the Road Companies teamed up with Goldman Sachs, EY, and Toyota Motor North America to create an end-to-end customer acquisition, underwriting, origination, and servicing system.
