Snack Shack will be open this week Tuesday and Thursday after school selling Gatorade and snacks to fuel up before practice. Everything is $1.

WHICH WICH SANDWICH ORDERS FOR FOOTBALL GAME FRIDAYS

CMB and FNSB - If you’re staying after school for the football game, it’s time to place your Which Wich order for this Friday. Our Friday Night Sandwich coordinator will deliver the sandwiches to school and the kids will be able to pick them up outside the band room around 5 p.m. on Friday. SEPTEMBER 11th LUNCH ORDER AND DINNER SURVEY

Marching Band and Color Guard have their last all day practice on Saturday, September 11th. Order a delicious lunch for your band kid from our caterer for $10. Ordering lunch is optional. If you do not order one, please be sure your child brings lunch to practice that day.

Lunches must be ordered by this Saturday, September 4th.

COMMITTEE CHAIRS NEEDED

• Our current 5K Chair will be rolling off after this year’s race and would love for someone to shadow her during preparations which are happening right now. Please email Jody Neja for more information!

• This is a super easy chair to take on! The chair is responsible for helping our vendor, Custom Fundraising, advertise the sale and being present theday of the sale to make sure everything runs smoothly for our vendor. The 2022 Mattress Sale is scheduled for March 26. Please email Beth Hartt for more information

• URGENT HELP NEEDED FOR OUR FLAGS FUNDRAISER - Flags are being placed in honor of September 11.Installation/pick up is NEXT WEEKEND, during the Labor Day holiday and we need some more drivers to help deliver the flags to our customers. Please sign up here to help

• SNACK SHACK, Tuesdays and Thursdays this fall @ 3:15 - We need 2 parent volunteers to help sell snacks to our band kids at the end of the school day before they start practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A PBPA board member will be present at all Snack Shacks to handle money, you just need to help get snacks in the hands of our kiddos! Takes just 45 minutes to set up, sell and break down.
