Picture Day

Order forms for student pictures are coming home this week. Please have your child return the order form and payment on the day of their picture date. Let your child know they will hand the order form directly to the photographer, not their teacher.

Drop off And Pick-Up Information

Students should arrive no earlier than 7:30am, as there is no playground supervision before that time. Students should be picked up no later than 15 minutes after school ends 2:20pm TK-K, 2:30pm 1-2, 2:40PM 3-4, and 2:50pm 5-6. Students arriving before 7:30am and/or picked up after 3:00pm will be sent to BASIC. Please note updated pick up times due to the high volume of cars.

PARKING SITUATION

No parking in the senior lot, thank you!

FRIDAY PIZZA/CHICKEN TENDER FUNDRAISER

You can find order forms on Renweb under Resource Documents and/or in the office lobby.
Orders are due by Wednesday and will not be accepted after 3pm.

New Basic Location

BASIC is now located in our library! Please enter through the double brown doors located in the front of the CESE office building. Drop off is between 7am-7:30am, after 7:30 please drop off on the playground. After school pick up will be on the playground until 4pm, after this time pick up will be in in the library until 5:30pm.

Lunch Volunteers

Moms, Dads, Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles, we need your help! Lunch time is our busiest time of the day, and we would love an extra set of eyes on the playground. If you would like to help any day of the week (lunch time is 12-1pm) please email Mrs. Roberts emily.roberts@christianunified.org
As with all other volunteer positions, you must have a background check on file.

CESE Garden Help

We are looking for more parents who would be interested in working in the school garden with the students. The time commitment is from 12 noon to 1 PM, and here is the schedule:

Mondays—5th-6th Grade
Wednesdays—2nd-4th Grade
Fridays—K-1st Grade

After School Sports

If you have a child in 5^th or 6^th grade, here is the information for Boys’ Flag Football and Girls’ Cheer!

Please note that we are looking for a volunteer coach and helper for flag football. If we are unable to find a coach, we will not be able to have a team.

We have a coach for cheer but would love help!

CESE Spirit Shirt for Sale!

Thank you to those who have returned your child’s spirit shirt order form. If you have not returned the form, please do so immediately as we will be placing our order for the shirts at the end of this week. If we do not receive an order form, we will estimate what size your child wears. We are offering spirit shirts for adults. We have a women’s v-neck style or the standard crew neck. The cost for a YXL, AS, AM, AL or AXL is $10. AXXL and up is $12. For orders, please email Mrs. Roberts at emily.roberts@christianunified.org
