"Take Me Away" Greet & Give Event

Say Yasss to our Take Me Away Greet & Give party on September 18th!

Bill Roberts parents Sarah Bartles & Bret DeBenedictis and Cate & Craig Mueller are hosting a travel-themed evening where you can mingle outdoors with BR parents, teachers and staff, play games, win prizes, and – if you’re inclined and able to – make a donation to support our great school! So get out that beret or sombrero, find your favorite camping shirt, or whatever inspires your get-away travel spirit and RSVP to the partay!

For obvious reasons we will need to cap attendance and will require proof of vaccination or masks for the unvaccinated. This is an adults-only event that will be held in Sarah and Bret’s backyard.

Morning Drop Off/Afternoon Pick Up

PLEASE BE KIND to teachers, staff, and other parents at drop off and pick up. We know the parking lot is frustrating but we have to live with it. School staff and PTA volunteers are there to help students safely cross the lanes and get where they need to go. If you need to walk your kiddo to their teacher or school doors in the morning, then the Kiss & Go lane is not for you. Please respect this. Also be mindful of the No Parking areas on streets surrounding the school. You may hinder buses getting in and out of the parking lot and you may be ticketed by police.

Weekly Outside Volunteers Needed

Bill Roberts needs volunteers to help outside the building during school hours so our amazing staff can focus on learning inside the building. Volunteers need to commit to a weekly time slot every week from September-December. Slots are available throughout the day including before school and after school. If you would like to volunteer, please SIGNUP HERE.

Spirit Wear & Used Uniform Sale + HipPOPs Desserts!

September 10th, 12:30-1:30pm
Gently used school uniforms of all sizes will be for sale in the front of the school. If you have uniforms to donate, please place them in the bin inside the front door.

The Spirit Wear Truck will also be there printing made-to-order Bill Roberts tees and hoodies!

To make that afternoon even sweeter, HipPOPs Dessert Truck will be on campus from 12-2pm! As part of our Eat & Give program, they will donate a portion of your purchases back to BR. You can order at the truck or PRE-ORDER!

Is it COVID or a Cold?

There are many cross-over symptoms of COVID-19 and normal colds. Please read through the documents below to determine when to keep your student home. The school nurse will be using the DPS-approved decision tree for students who have symptoms while at school. Please use good judgment so that we can keep all of our students, staff and teachers safe and as healthy as possible.
