The 7oth Annual Flower Fruit & Show
Saturday 4th September 2021 – Opens to the public at 2pm
Lots to see and do – enjoy the spectacle of flower, fruit and vegetables, plus handicraft, home baking & photography and the numerous children’s classes as well as our scarecrow trail around the village.
There will be raffles, tombola and our famous afternoon teas or ice cream will be available too!!

Fete Flash...Grand Total!
Massive thanks to all who contributed to the Minstead Fete this year!
Between us all we raised £1404.25.
It has been decided that as we did so well that the monies raised will be split as follows:
£100 to the Lyndhurst Scouts.
£100 to the New Forest Riding For the Disabled Group.
£600 to Lymington Oakhaven Hospice.
£604.25 to All Saints Church, Minstead.
Again, well done to all involved and thank you for your hard work and kind donations. It was all very much appreciated!

And there was a really great turnout for The Bake Off and some fantastic efforts made by the people of the village. The results were:
Best Baked Bread - Marion Ashby’s Seeded Loaf
Best Traybake - Ben’s Malteser Squares
Best Savoury Bake - Sally Mollet’s Chorizo and Feta Frittata
Best Children’s Cupcake - Isla and Eilidh Macaskill
Best Vegan Bake - Daniel Stefan Rendler’s Vegan Sausage Rolls
Best Overall Bake - Kathy Clarke’s Chocolate Cake
A big thank you to all that took part and of course everyone that assisted in the judging!! We also had great success with the bottle tombola and guess the sweets, as well as Sally Mollett’s lovely New Forest Upholstery, we were happy to raise an amazing £185 towards the fete funds!!
