After 3 weeks into my role as CEO at RASASC, I have been so impressed with how much good and varied work takes place here. In these first few weeks it has been a pleasure to spend time with the women providing that support, so that I can gain a full understanding of both the successes and the challenges of the work.
As well as receiving a warm welcome from women at RASASC, I have also been welcomed and supported by colleagues across the violence against women and girls movement. I look forward to building strong bonds in order to both ensure that we can work together to support survivors, but also to use our voices jointly to campaign for vital resources, and for societal change.
