"Your states of being are your body’s response to stress and triggering events, as well as openness for connection, growth, and learning." - Catherine Cook Cottone, 2020 (www.mindbodywellbeing.org)
To better understand how our bodies and minds respond to both stress and challenges, it can be helpful to honour and understand the protective aspects of our nervous systems and how the parts of our brains work together to make our daily lives possible.
This Sunday, join Nyakinua as she leads a session that is based on the Mind-Body Wellbeing trauma-informed approach to yoga. This free session is in celebration of our 50th week of the Sweat Serve, Share Tribe program. The session takes a lot into consideration and the best way to share this approach is for you to experience it.
Don't forget you can join the Sweat Serve Share Tribe or learn more HERE.
So without much ado - you are invited, click on the link below to join the session this Sunday by 6 pm EAT, 11 am EST, and 4 pm BST.
