SEPTEMBER 11th LUNCH ORDER AND DINNER SURVEY

Marching Band and Color Guard have their last all day practice on Saturday, September 11th. Order a delicious lunch for your band kid from our caterer for $10. Ordering lunch is optional. If you do not order one, please be sure your child brings lunch to practice that day.

Lunches must be ordered by this Saturday, September 4th.

Click here to order your lunch for all-day practice AND to take a dinner survey for planning purposes. Even if you aren’t ordering lunch, we would appreciate you taking the dinner survey to help our caterer plan accordingly.

WHICH WICH SANDWICH ORDERS DEADLINE - TOMORROW @ 8:45 PM

If you want a sandwich at school before this week’s game, all orders must be placed by 8:45 pm this THURSDAY NIGHT - no exceptions.

FOOTBALL GAME INFO FOR STUDENTS

5:30 p.m. call time if you are not staying after school. If you are staying after, please order Which Wich (see above) or make your own dinner arrangements. NO DINNER IS PROVIDED
Summer uniforms will be worn Friday - grey track pants and Pope Band moisture shirts.

SUMMER UNIFORM PANTS

All CMB and FNSB participants are required to have grey track pants for their summer uniform. If you missed the order in July, you must purchase similar pants and have them no later than Friday, September 3rd. The group order is closed, so please visit Dick’s or Amazon to find the closest match and have it approved by Mr. Sodders.

The summer uniforms will be worn to the game Friday September 3rd.

Per the band directors, any student that does not have the summer uniform pants will not march on the field.

URGENT HELP NEEDED FOR OUR FLAGS FUNDRAISER

Flags are being placed in honor of September 11.Installation/pick up is THIS WEEKEND, during the Labor Day holiday and we need some more drivers to help deliver the flags to our customers. Please sign up here to help

LIFETOUCH PICTURE ORDERS

Lifetouch picture proofs went home with CMB, FNSB and Color Guard students last week. All picture orders are done online only. Please be sure to log into mylifetouch.com with the Portrait ID and Access Code provided on the proofs to place your order. Pope Band gets a percentage of all picture sales.

TISSUE DONATIONS NEEDED

The band room is out of tissues. If you are able, please donate a box (or boxes) of tissues. You can send them in with your student or drop them off in the front office marked for the band room. Thank you!
