I hope you are traveling well.


Gratitude is something I try to practice each day.
Gratitude is always part of the puzzle when I'm working with clients who might be clouded with Negative Sentiment Override for example.

Perhaps you've noticed this yourself at times. Where you get so focused and caught up in what's going on right in front of you, you end up in a spin...

It's only through time, and reflection, you see the bigger picture. And what happens when you take the time to separate yourself from the noise and appreciate the bigger picture?

There's space for gratitude.

Therefore, deliberately practicing gratitude is a way to 'reverse engineer' what's going on.
Use gratitude practice as a 'circuit breaker'. A wake up call if you like. Create positive sentiment first, and avoid going down the rabbit hole at all. Bathe in the benefits, of which there are many!

I'm not sure if you've noticed, but there is a battle going on for you attention. Communication is changing. Getting faster. smaller. sharper.

I mention all of this, because in this months newsletter I have an excellent new resource for you about how to have Deep Conversations. It's a follow up piece that builds on another excellent resource that unpacks the building blocks for Deep Communication.

These two resources combined - and with practice of course, will help you have deeper and more meaningful conversations. Quality conversations with your partner, family, friends and more.
The concepts are universal, so you can apply them anywhere. You can start from any stage and there is always room to be a better communicator.

When I work with couples, we go through a thorough assessment and planning phase using the Gottman framework. This quiz does not replace that.

  • What signs do you look for when evaluating someones level of dignity?
  • What one change could you make to increase the quality and depth of your dignity and communication?
    • How would your loved ones benefit from this new clarity and quality?
