AOPA UK awards are presented every two years and 2021 is an awards year. This year we will be presenting awards at the Private Flyer UK show at Wycombe Air Park on Saturday 18 September.
We are inviting members to nominate recipients for the following awards:
Best Airfield/Aerodrome Award:Awarded to an aerodrome that offers outstanding facilities and helpful service to residents and visitors alike. Instructor of the Year Award: Awarded to an instructor who has made a special contribution to the training of student pilots for the PPL, LAPL or NPPL, or to private pilots for added qualifications. Contribution to the Community Award:Awarded to a person or organisation who has made an outstanding contribution to the aviation community.
If you would like to make a nomination for any of the awards above please email info@aopa.co.uk saying which award, full details of the the proposed recipient, why the award should be given, the nominee or nominees and any connection to or relationship with the proposed recipient.
