South-West Regional Skills - Quarterly Industry Update
Quarter 4, 2021
25th November Sales Apprenticeship Briefing
On 25th November, we will host an employer information session on the new Level 6 Sales Apprenticeship for companies to learn more about the apprenticeship & the opportunities it presents as a skills development pathway for those seeking to recruit new staff or further develop/upskill in-house staff in sales/CX.
Our summer kick of meeting with our F & D sustainability industry group, chaired by Jason Hawkins, Carbery Group focused on our initial scoping of goals, challenges and skills required to support companies in meeting sustainability goals and transitioning to a holistic sustainability culture. The Forum will host our next steps round-table on 2nd December 2021 where companies & primary producers will finalise & agree the key & most consistent skills needed across their companies (part 1) for onward discussion & initial solutions planning with UCC and MTU (part 2 of session).
