Dear Zion Families, 

We’re off and running! Welcome to the 2021-22 School Year! It’s going to be a great year full of fun and learning and growing in the grace and love of our Savior, Jesus. God’s Word says, “Train up a child in the way they should go and when they are old they will not depart from it.” (Proverbs 22:6). That’s a promise that when children learn God’s promises in His Word, they will stick with them. The things our students learn here in Pre-K and our early elementary grades will establish the foundations of their continued education. The Good News of God’s love for the world in Jesus Christ will establish the foundations of their faith for their whole life. We’re ready for the new school year and we’re glad you’re here! Thank you for being a part of the Zion family!

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL - TOMORROW, WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 18

Here’s information for our first day tomorrow: 

Morning Care - Begins at 7:00 AM - Please come to the Main Church Entrance (Jewel side towards 120) to be let into the building. 

Drop-Off - 8:45-9:00 AM at the School Door. Parents may bring their children to their classrooms for the first week of school. 

Pick Up - 3:00 PM - Students will be dismissed to parents from the School Door beginning at 3:00. 

After Care - 3:15 -5:30 PM. Please use the Main Church Entrance and ring the buzzer to be let into to pick up your child.)

MASK POLICY
Apologies for any confusion regarding masks. We are following the Governor’s Mandate for masking in schools. Masks are REQUIRED for teachers, students, and visitors to the building. Please provide extra masks per your child’s teacher’s instructions. We do have child sized masks if anyone loses or forgets their mask. Masks will not have to be worn by children during recess, lunch, nap, and P.E. 

 

FIRST TUITION PAYMENTS
The first tuition payment for the year is due on AUGUST 25. You should have received an email invoice. 

REMINDER: the invoice includes a 3.5% Convenience Fee which is REMOVED if you pay by cash or check. 

SPIRIT WEAR ORDERS

Get your Spirit Wear and show your school spirit! Spirit Wear is clothing items that show off your school spirit and school colors. 

We’ll be sending order forms home the first day of school. Spirit Wear orders are due by August 30th and will be delivered in early September.

GET YOUR MUMS
Another opportunity to help our school: order your Countryside Mums! These are huge mums in a variety of colors for a great price. Order forms will go home this week.
