Marijuana Delivery FAQ Session and Delivery Permit List

Dear Stakeholders,
On Friday, August 27 at 11:00 a.m., Denver’s Department of Excise and Licenses and Office of Marijuana Policy will host a virtual Delivery FAQ Session for individuals interested in starting a marijuana delivery business in Denver. This FAQ Session will answer applicants’ most frequently asked questions about delivery. This event is the sixth in a series of informational workshops hosted by the Department of Excise and Licenses to provide education and support to Social Equity Applicants.

We want to know what questions you have about marijuana delivery in Denver, from applying for a license to understanding delivery laws and regulations. Submit your questions using this form. We will select the most frequently asked questions to answer live during the Delivery FAQ Session. (If your questions are not broadly applicable to a larger audience, we may follow up with you directly instead or address them in a written FAQ document.)

A list of stores and transporters with valid Denver delivery permits is now available on our Marijuana Delivery Permit website. The delivery permit list is updated daily.
