Upper Missouri Watershed Alliance is excited to participate in

Bashin' Trash!

Hi Upper Missouri Watershed Alliance,

This Saturday, August 21, many Missouri River groups are coming together to pick up trash between Helena and the Missouri River Breaks. This is a monumental, collaborative effort that will cover 140 miles of the Upper Missouri River, and we hope you, your family, and your friends will participate.

The Upper Missouri Watershed Alliance is responsible for the section of water between Holter Dam and the Craig boat ramp, however, your participation anywhere on the river will be appreciated.

Wolf Creek Anglers, Headhunters, the Trout Shop, and Crosscurrents fly shops are generously offering free shuttles for attendees.

Time: All day Saturday, August 21.
Location: Anywhere on the Missouri River or its tributaries.
Prizes: We will hand out a Bashin' Trash bingo card at boat ramps.

Music, free beer, and snacks will be located at the new site of Ten Mile Brewery in Craig. Look for the crowd or follow your ears to the music. From 5-8 pm.

You may drop off trash at the latrines located at the boat ramps OR dispose of it yourself (preferred).

Please bring gloves, sunscreen, a jacket (inclement weather?), water, and snacks.

We would like to thank all of you for your participation. A special thanks to Sun River Watershed Group for organizing this event.

Thank you!

Pat Hunter and the entire Upper Missouri Watershed Alliance team
