What's Happening at ILP

19th August 2021
It can seem like the tough times will never end.
Hi <<First Name>>

Welcome to this important What’s Happening @ ILP.

We received this message from a community member recently and felt it might resonate with you or someone you know...

‘Personally, I find it more challenging today, as we enter our sixth Covid lockdown, and I am feeling disconnected from my grandchildren, family, friends, and colleagues like no other time.  I can only imagine what so many millions must also be feeling, some not able to marry, some not able to say goodbye to a family member that has passed.

And I think of all the small businesses, contractors, and day workers who do not know how they will survive the next 7 days.  These are tough times, and like others in retail, hospitality, entertainment, and many of us in learning and development, I am wondering what the future holds.’
...Message from an ILP member

At ILP we do not know what the future holds, no one does, but we will do everything we can to continue to support YOU, our community friends. Last week's Masterclass with Rebecca Sharp, on Thriving Through Rapidly Changing Times In L&D was timely for what is happening in Australia and globally.

Rebecca’s passion and focus are helping people struggling with mental health, so this important masterclass is one Rebecca and ILP have made available to everyone, so we recommend you do somthing for yourself and/or those you love and know. This was not a lecture; it presented a plan for you to take real action to support yourself and others. Watch it now.
