The council has undertaken a number of projects over the past 12 months to reduce carbon emissions. These include installing new electric vehicle charging points, increasing the amount of paper and cardboard recycled by introducing waterproof recycling bags, planning and constructing its first net zero carbon building with the new Dinton Activity Centre and spoken to businesses and schools in a series of online events.
