The ship came in, and "Die Kaap is weer Hollands"

There is a saying in Afrikaans, "Die Kaap is weer Hollands".  It goes back to the Anglo-French War, when the war ended in 1802, the Cape was returned to the Dutch, from there the saying "die Kaap is weer Hollands", literal meaning: "the Cape is Dutch again".

Today we use the phrase to say: everything is great again!, order has been restored!
At the Deli it means that we have all our favourite Dutch products back on the shelf.  Yip, after a long wait, the ship came in (literally), the container was unpacked, and we received our stock again.

So, back on the shelves are the Stroopwafels, Blikjes Stroopwafels, Gember Jam, AH Mustard, and many more.

On that same ship there was also a consignment of Nairn's Biscuits.  We've already ordered it, and it should be in the Deli early next week.  As soon as we have them in our Deli we will mark them available again.
