Garlic + Shallots

We finally finished cleaning and assessing this years garlic and shallot crops and all of our available seed stock inventory is ready for you to preorder now. Get 'em while they're hot!

We weren't able to secure inventory for all our usual varieties this year but are excited to offer TWO NEW hardneck types – Jupiter and Yuggoth. In addition to those two new hardnecks we also have Arsia and Shvelisi available. As for softnecks we only have two varieties in stock this year – Polish White and St Helens. And for shallots we have Long Bow Red available again, and are thrilled to be able to tell you that we have French Grey Shallots!

A few important notes on preordering garlic and shallots. We will not begin shipping garlic and shallots until the week of September 20th. If your order includes items other than garlic and shallots, they will ship separately within our regular fulfillment times. If you need your garlic and/or shallots before mid-October please email us after you place your order so we can accommodate your request.
