Here's a glimpse of good things that happened in Marlborough last week!                 The Coalition and KCPD Metro Patrol hosted a give-away event for neighbors living in The Villages apartment complex along Troost. CIO Office Marquez is handing out Harvestor food boxes and personal hygiene items in the back of the picture ad residents are picking personal hygiene items and registering for free raffles for bikes at the Coalition's table.
Freshman students from Rockhurst University planted, mulched, trimmed and weeded at the Marlborough Village Pocket Park.

Thank you KCPD CIO Officers Marquez and Masterson plus Rockhurst Freshman volunteers!

Join with neighbors and friends in a casual format to get to know what the Coalition does, why we do what we do, how we get our work done, and how you can be involved.

Everyone can make Marlborough stronger! From sharing the Coalition's social media posts - directing clean-up day traffic – helping with the Youth Arts Festival being a Block Ambassador- check and reporting illegal dump sites each week - to applying to be a board member …. it will take all of us - homeowners, renters, young, old, businesses, educators, partner agencies, and civic leaders to accelerate the positive progress in Marlborough.
Applications for persons interested in serving on the Coalition’s Board of Directors are accepted and reviewed several times throughout the year. The next deadline is October 4, 2021. The board membership interest form can be found at https://tinyurl.com/3hdwnktr . Participation in other ways can begin at any time.
