Having trouble removing a Biki bike from the dock? Check to see if the light on the docking point is red. A red light indicates that the bike is non-operable. If it's red, try using the same code to release a different bike at the station. If the light is not red, make sure you are entering your release code correctly (if using App or Kiosk), and that your account is currently active (if using Biki Pass). If you still have trouble, call us at 888-340-2454.

Having difficulty docking a bike with a flat tire? If the flat tire is on the rear wheel, use force to push the bike into an open dock until you see a green light. If the flat is in the front, you'll need to lift the front of the bike slightly so that it is level with the docking point before pushing it in. Don't forget to press the red wrench button to the left of the bike until the light turns red. This locks the bike in place and notifies our team to collect it for repairs.
