Hello <<First Name>>,
Thank you for being part of Tai Chi for Health Institute vision to empower people to improve their health and wellness! I would like to keep in touch with you at the monthly Instructor Forum. If you have not registered yet, please do.
This will be on the first Sunday of each month. The next forum is on September 5, London time 10:00 AM BST. I will talk about “Mindfulness and Tai Chi” together with two invited experts, Drs Marlena Fiol and Ed O’Connor.
The Forum will focus on discussion, answering your questions and sharing your comments. Please send your questions or comments at least two days in advance to service@drlamtaichiworkshops.com. Please put “Forum” in the subject line. I will still answer your questions at the meeting, time permitting.
Please register here with a small contribution for the cost. This will make it sustainable and be appreciated. You will receive a recording of the meeting afterwards. If you prefer not to contribute, please use the code NOPAY

Exciting news! Master Trainer Nuala Perrin and Senior Trainer Colin Hughes are working with colleagues to keep in touch.
The UK and Irish TCHI Community uses a MailChimp mailing list to keep instructors informed of online, and live, 'skills and practice' events, online community catch-up meetings and other news. All instructors, STs and MTs in the UK, Ireland and the rest of Europe are very welcome to join. If you would like your contact email added to the mailing list, please email Colin Hughes at uktaichiforhealthinstitute@gmail.com
Yours in Tai Chi,
