Update to version 1.5 out today.

Howdy <<First Name>>!

We needed to update how Bidstation sends payment receipts when Square payments are processed and wanted to let you know because they won’t work until you update to version 1.5.0.

So, how does one update Bidstation? It’s easy: If you have a valid Bidstation license, you will be prompted to update when you next launch Bidstation on your PC. Simply follow the prompts to allow it to download a small file and it will update Bidstation and relaunch it when it’s done. It’s quick and easy and won’t impact your current setup or database information.

If you already have Bidstation running, you can also go to the Help menu and click on the Check for Updates link to have Bidstation start the update manually. Remember, you’ll need to be connected to the internet for Bidstation to be able to do its updating!

If you’re license is expired or you are using the trial, you’ll need to go back to the website to download the full installer and re-install Bidstation.

Is this a MUST DO update? Only if you are going to want to send payment receipts. But heck, why not update anyway?
