From the Office of the Chief
HURRICANE HENRI PREPARATION
August 21, 2021
Dear Residents,
The Tuxedo Park Police Department is prepared to respond to Hurricane Henri with extra officers, the Village DPW, and outside utility providers Orange & Rockland and Cablevision.
We advise you to make all necessary preparations, including contacting the Police if you have any special requirements, by registering with our Village Police Well-Check Program Here.
High winds may cause blackouts and downed trees and limbs on your street. During the storm, please do not leave your home unless it is necessary.
Unfortunately, we are experiencing a temporary outage of internet services to the Police Department. Our IT Company is onsite trying to rectify the problem. As a result, our phone system and the south gate are not functioning, so we have positioned an officer to let the residents enter and exit.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
For additional information, please email me at chief@tuxedopark-ny.gov or the Mayor at dmcfadden@tuxedopark-ny.gov.
