Greetings, Fellow Traveler!

Where I live, September is a magical time. Most years, the weather is gentle, with milder days, cooler nights, and lots of sunshine and starry nights. I love to bask in the late summer sunlight, then build a fire as the evening cools. It feels wonderful.

The approach of autumn always reminds me that the darkness of winter’s new beginnings will soon be upon us. As many of us become more confined in our spaces due to weather or conditions in the world, it’s no surprise that this is often a time of great self-reflection.

I’ve been blessed to guide hundreds of women through their own spiritual and emotional awakenings, primarily through the vessel of Intentional Creativity.

Intentional Creativity is about healing our stories with intention and through art. It offers an opportunity to experience a breakthrough or healing without the crisis or the breakdown that usually comes before. Does it mean that you get to skip over the breakdown every time? No, but the creative process inside a sacred and safe space allows you to not dwell in the breakdown and, sometimes, to skip it entirely.

We are natural creators. We create all the time, in our conversations, actions, and thoughts. However, more often than not, we are unaware and less than intentional. I coach women to be deliberate and intentional creators.

Through the Intentional Creativity process, I can guide you to manifest your best life and self. With me, you acknowledge your past stories and give them space on your canvas. Over time, it becomes possible to move forward and transform your wounds, pains, and traumas into a teaching for yourself and maybe for others.

The process has the potential to make you feel better. As you do, you get closer to the feeling of joy, love, and gratitude you really want to experience, and that in turn births your true desires into reality.

Most of the women I work with are not artists and have never painted before.

Here is how Intentional Creativity can serve you:

- By using both sides of your brain, you create a container where you have access to new solutions your old thought patterns may have been hiding from you.

- It allows you to not only explore the feminine archetypes, but also to embody them. Who doesn’t want to embody the Wild Woman who has the power to resurrect dreams and desires that have died? Or the Goddess of Love and Sensuality? Or the Queen of Abundance and Prosperity?

- It gives you a process to integrate your outer and inner life.

- It enables you to achieve spiritual fulfillment.

- It can even help make you rich and famous, if that’s what you’re looking for!

The first step is to create NOW with intention. Start by acknowledging how you feel and the story behind the feeling, and journal about it. The second step is to connect with those who will help you create a framework for your healing. I would love to be one of your chosen people; your wellbeing is my true heart’s desire.
