Greetings from the farm! After three months of careful tending, nurturing, and patience, our greenhouse cauliflowers have finally reached size, and we couldn't be more excited! As a classic ingredient in almost any veggie dish, we've also been loving the less traditional uses for this versatile vegetable - from basted "cauli wings", to grated "cauli rice", and even as a gluten-free pizza base alternative. Find them in both our Standard and Large organic boxes of the next round, along with flat-leaf parsley, and our current rotation of cocktail tomatoes, carrots, swiss chard, spring onions and more.
We also have terrific new additions to our (now much longer) list of organic Add-ons, notably including, for the very first time, pecan nuts, courtesy of our good friend Tom. The faithful avocado tree in Mowbray has also PROVIDED another small batch of large avocados, which join the available fruits on this list, alongside oranges and lemons.
