FLU VACCINATIONS - LYNDHURST SURGERY - AUTUMN 2021
Unfortunately Lyndhurst Surgery have received correspondence from their vaccine supplier advising of delays.
No revised dates for vaccinations have been agreed yet.
Please would all patients disregard the dates that were previously publicised and await new information from the Surgery which will be forthcoming as soon as they have received consignments of vaccine.
