A Message from the Primary Coordinator
Find an Adventure or Explore the World!
Would it surprise you if I told you that two weeks ago I spent several days travelling across America seeing the sights and learning different skills of stunt riding with a Wild West show? Also last week I ambled through the forest listening to the wisdom from a horse, a mole and a fox. This week I hope to travel to England and spend time with British adventurer Bear Grylls to learn survival skills. Yes, you may have guessed this...

And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Philippians 4:8

Paint the Town REaD
Today is Paint the Town REaD for K-2 and to celebrate our K-2 at-home learners dressed up in red and sent a photo to their teachers, they also listened to some amazing storytelling!
On our facebook page is a video of some of our K-2 students reading the story Eight Silly Monkeys by Steve Haskamp.
What a great day to celebrate REaDING, TALKING, SINGING and RHYMING with our students!

INNOV8 Competition
We have decided to extend the Innov8 deadline to Week 2 of Term 4. Hopefully we will be back at school by then and we can have a real expo and show off the amazing work of our students.
Entries can still be submitted at any time, including cooking which can be brought into school tomorrow for judging.
Remember there is also an Open Section that allows students to create anything (within reason) that is part of our Tech subjects.
Thanks to everyone who has already entered, your early entry will count for you in the judging, and we look forward to seeing even more entries roll in over the next month.

HSC Timetable
After weeks of speculation and having to wait very patiently, the HSC timetable was updated and released on Friday morning. The exams have been pushed back by four weeks, meaning there are some changes for our senior students in Term 4.
The new HSC exam timetable and some preliminary plans for senior students in Term 4 has been emailed out to all senior students and parents. Please check your emails if you have not already seen this information.

Mystery Song
In between work, family and City2Surf training, Mr Denmead has managed to find a spare few minutes to record another mystery song. This one won't be easy to guess straight away but will become quite obvious by the end.
This time, there are two parts to the guess:
1. What is the name of the song?
2. How many instruments is he playing?
Have fun guessing

ZOOM - Final Week of Term 3!
Next week is the final week of Term 3, which would normally be full of end of school celebrations for Year 12. We are definitely planning on being able to do this next term, however we thought we would have some virtual celebrations next week anyway!
Each day next week, there will be a fun Zoom activity that all high school students are welcome to take part in to help celebrate the usual end of Year 12. Check out your roll call classroom on Monday for more information, and make sure you join in the fun.
