Library Plaza Project Updates

The future Michael Towbes Library Plaza is approaching groundbreaking! We are excited to share the following updates.

- We are on track to receive our final building permit from the City of Santa Barbara this month.

- Once we have that permit we can go out to bid, which will take 4-6 weeks to award the bid, then we break ground before the holidays.

- If you have not been to the Library in a while we put up new fencing with a new wrap in late June.

Community Gifts Committee Launched

The Library Plaza Campaign has launched the Community Gifts phase raising community support. We have achieved 90% of our goal to date and are very excited to take this campaign to the whole community.
