2021 annual meeting recap

Thank you to all that joined us for our 2021 Annual Membership Meeting. This was one of our largest online events yet, and we appreciate all those that showed up to support.  We enjoyed sharing a virtual drink with you and hope you enjoyed your charcuterie box made by Fig & Ginger @fig.gingerhonolulu.

Our chapter executives gave their annual reports and updates on this past year’s events, accomplishments, as well as a few ongoing projects.  These items include but are not limited to holding virtual Talk Story events, updates to our Modernism Library, assisting in nominations for the Docomomo National Awards, and the debut of our new Website!

docomomo hawaii website now live

Our Docomomo Hawaii website is now officially live! Check out docomomo-hi.com and see all of our past and upcoming events, resources, and tons of information to keep track of all that we do at Docomomo. We’ll be updating the website regularly, and each month featuring a different Modernist building of Hawaii. There’s even archives of past newsletters and many other resources to dig into. This website was one of our chapter goals for the year, and we’re excited that it is now live and available for all to see.
