Fall Discovery Walks - Outdoor Event This October!


Join Danforth Gardens Neighbourhood Association (DGNA) to learn about the natural magic in our local ravines!

Activities include:
- 2PM Plant identification led by community member and artist EchoRailton. Includes demonstration of the crowdsourced species identification iNatutalist app.
- 3PM Naturalist knowledge walk and wildlife observation led by the Pine Project, Ontario’s leading nature connection organization.
- 2PM - 4PM Nature Activities.

Hand sanitizer and masks provided. 

Saturday, October 2nd
2 - 4 PM

Meeting location: Warden Woods Park on the asphalt path at the corner of Warden Ave. and St. Clair Ave.

About the DNGA

The DGNA is a volunteer-run initiative. We produce a bi-monthly newsletter to keep you informed. We coordinate annual garage sales, Earth Day Clean Ups, a Bike Festival. tree planting events, and help with the school fall fair. We advocate for local issues like traffic safety and the library renovation and closure.
