PDXWIT has teamed up with Kiva to put together a Hackathon like no other. This Hackathon won’t be one of those 48 hour cram sessions. Instead, it will occur over the course of six weeks — and since it's virtual, you will have the opportunity to team up with people across the globe. 

Kiva’s Hackathon needs the brainpower and social consciousness of the PDXWIT community. 

And guess what else? There’s $10,000 in cash prizes for the three winning teams. 

• Not a coder? Doesn’t matter! There are many roles to fill. 
• Don't have a lot of time? That’s cool! This is spread out over six weeks so you can work on it when you do have the time.
• Do I have to go it alone? There will be mentors to support you along the way and an opportunity to learn from your peers.
