Important: Whova rehearsals on Monday 6 September
Dear participants,
Rehearsals
We prepare rehearsals for those who are not confident in using platforms such as Whova and Zoom. For those who are interested in testing the platforms, please make sure that your Whova app will be downloaded ASAP. We will individually send you an invitation to the rehearsal via e-mail, but the message will also appear in your downloaded Whova application which may give you an extra opportunity to exercise your skills in mastering the platform. Rehearsal sessions will take place on Monday 6 September at 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM CEST.
Download Whova app on your phone: instructions
We would like to ask all participants*, also those participating on site, to download the mobile app Whova to your mobile phone. For instructions, please go to: https://euroseas2021.org/venue-information/whova-app. *Only particpants who have finished their registrations and paid the conference fee will gain access to the conference.
Sign up in Whova & check panel/presentation
Please use the email address you used for the conference registration and sign up to the Whova. In Whova and on the conference website, please check your panel and presentation and check whether all the information is correct and updated. If you see any problems, please sent an email to: tereza.lomaka@upol.cz, we will update the information instantly.
We hope to see you soon, either online in Whova, or physically here in Olomouc.

If you have not paid your conference fee yet, you will not gain access to the conference. Please check here whether you have paid your fee as soon as possible. This is the last reminder! If you are experiencing any problems with the payment procedure, please refresh your browser or try different browsers (try Chrome, Explorer or Safari). Opening session and Keynote speech
We are pleased to invite you to our opening session on Wednesday 8 September, from 12:30h to 13:30h CEST. The opening session includes a welcome address, the book prize ceremony and keynote speech by Olga Dror. Our conference director Filip Kraus will guide you through the programme. The physical location is room 3.32, Ceremonial Hall of the Faculty of Art, Palacky University, Olomouc, Krizkovskeho no. 10. The session will also be available digitally through our Whova conference platform. More.

This hotel is in the standard category and most importantly, is only 5 minutes away from the venue.
