Dear District 86 Toastmasters District Council Business Meeting Voting Members
This is a reminder regarding the information below. Please make sure you register for one of the Town Halls and the Virtual District Council Business Meeting today if you have not already done so.
Have you pre-registered for the Virtual District Council Business Meeting on September 14 2021 yet? If not, do so today.
VIRTUAL VOTING REQUIREMENTS: Virtual meetings have a different set of rules. There are no proxies – You cannot assign your vote to another person. You must register - confirm your attendance and your voting information.
Registration is now open. Pre-Registration closes: September 7th by midnight.

For election purposes, District 86 uses the Election Runner platform.
If you have not participated in any District 86 voting process before, it is important to participate in one of the Town Hall meetings. It is here that you will have a chance to become familiar with the process used in Election Runner and to practice voting. At the Town Hall session, you will also be advised about setting up your email so that the District voting messages are not directed to 'Spam", "Junk", etc.

- September 7, 6:30 PM – Town Hall Council meeting review and voting practice – Register here
- September 9, 6:30 PM – Town Hall Council meeting review and voting practice – Register here
