Hobsons Bay Youth Network Newsletter

In the month of September, we are putting the spotlight on career resources and development opportunities for young people in Hobsons Bay.

As you’re all too aware, the COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically altered the economic and employment landscape for many people in our community, especially young people. We are excited to see these initiatives come to life.

We invite you to share these opportunities with young people so they can begin their career journey with the skills, confidence, knowledge and resources they need to take the next step.
Hobsons Bay UP presents a free Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and free Food Safety Handler courses to support young people aged 17 to 25 in their professional development. Young people can choose to do one, or both of these courses.

Whether a young person is looking for work in hospitality or another industry, boosting up their resume with these career development opportunities can be the first step.

These courses will be held on Zoom. Registrations are a must.
