September brings about warmer weather and the promise of rain… mother nature wakes up and the landscape transforms rapidly as the plants springs back to life responding to the pull of the seasons and the fulfilment of their potential. It is inspiring to witness the rebirth of what appeared to be dead during the cold dry winter, to be part of the magnificence, the perfection, the growth, and the miracle of nature.
We too respond to the change of season; spring is the perfect time to Re- Invent ourselves to let go of the dead wood in our life to make space for the realisation of greater possibilities and the fulfilment of our potential.
Just as nature is in a constant state of evolution so are you, resisting evolution causes stagnation and eventually self-destruction. You are an ever evolving being constantly breaking free from limits.
When you think about your life, and you see how inconsistent it is with the truth of who you are and realise how far you have strayed from what is truly important to you, do you feel fulfilled? Take some time to ask yourself:
Is that what life is about?
Do I honour and embrace my uniqueness?
Who am I?
Why am I here?
Are you ready to accept that you are perfect and already have all that you needed to come this far, and that stored in your latent potential is all that you will ever need; just waiting patiently for you to take your next giant leap of faith into your amazing future?
Are you willing (and ready) to re-evaluate the way you perceive yourself?
Do you have the courage to re-invent yourself and align with your innate greatness?
We are designed to constantly grow into greater possibilities; to journey towards the ever-expanding horizon of our current vision for our best possible life. We are all continually re-inventing ourselves or slowly dying. This is the immutable natural law of the Universe.
There is much more to life, look how nature renews itself; always creating abundance; expanding exponentially. Are you willing to give yourself the chance to explore your infinite potential and see what could be?

Spring remains my favorite time of the year, nature wakes up and exhibits the glorious manifestation of the presence of this divine Intelligence, it evokes a sense of awe, reverence, and gratitude for the privilege of being alive.
I feel particularly blessed for another opportunity to introduce the gift of Reiki to the wonderful students who spent this weekend with us, delighting in their ability to channel this healing energy, embracing its profound simplicity, and exploring the miracle of life. What made this small group extra special is the way they immediately bonded, it felt like a family reunion, pure magic. Thank you for your love, for sharing so freely, for the tears and laughter and for your willingness to look within and reclaim your wholeness.
The goal of energy work is both to align you with the wisdom of your soul and to connect you with the divine, God, or source, depending on how you refer to the creative energy present around and within us, to touch the soul of another is a sacred privilege.
