''Leadership & Neurodiversity'' eSummit Webinar
10 Sept -12 pm UK, 13 pm CET time - Leadership and Neurodiversity

Neurodiverse people have a different way of functioning – they may have profiles of #ADHD#autism spectrum, #dyslexia#dyspraxia, giftedness,….
For a long time, neurodiversity was considered a disorder, a disability. Luckily, more and more the qualities of neurodiverse profiles are recognised and they get more opportunities to contribute their talents and skills.
It's also something that can be hard for people to understand unless they have personal experience.
By talking about this topic, we hope to help educate people and prompt them to consider how they might approach their employees and their work in a way that brings out the potential in everyone.

Richard Gordon-Kelly, Harriët Andriessen and Bart Loos have invited Xavier Van Oost, Coach TDA/H (ADHD) to have a discussion about leadership and neurodiversity in companies, teams and individuals.

Empowering & Support Women
Have you sent us your personal story?

Many women suspect that they have ADHD
and/or are thinking about or are currently
seeking an ADHD diagnosis.

Our stories will help Women!.

If you need guidance where to find help for a diagnosis, or a free support
group where you can ask questions, feel free to write us adhdwomen@adhd-edu.be

We have received support from women sharing their ADHD journey by writing to us, and have given permission to share on social media and on our website under the personal stories page. The campaign is ongoing, and we hope to reach as many women as possible. Some ideas for your story...
  • what made you think you have ADHD before your diagnosis
  • struggles or obstacles before and after your diagnosis
  • how have you been coping with ADHD
  • your support network ie family, friends
  • revealing ADHD in your workplace
  • wins and positives about having ADHD
  • anything you would like to share, how you feel, what you think etc.
If you would like to share your story, which can be anonymous, please sign up here or write to us!

The ADHD Women Project

The Knowing Me, Knowing You! support groups is an initiative by ADHD, ASC & LD Belgium AISBL, a non profit charity and ADHS Deutschland A.V (Germany) who have joined forces to raise awareness for ADHD in Women under the #Brainlifegoals campaign grant awarded by EFNA (European Federation of Neurological Conditions). This grant has enabled us to create the website https://adhd-women.eu for women who have or suspect they have ADHD / ADD! Both organisations are members of ADHD Europe.

More about ADHD, ASC & LD Belgium

Our #brainlifegoals project ended at end of May 2021, and our non profit organisation ADHD, ASC & LD Belgium have decided to continue the project to continue making a difference in women's lives. Here is a recent article that you may find interesting, it explains our organisation, volunteers, and our efforts to advocate for those living with ADHD.
