To submit NEW * SFUSD Email requests, please follow the steps below:
- Make a copy and complete the SCHOOL YEAR ExCEL CBO AUP TEMPLATE for each staff person
- Complete pages 3 AND 4, and drop completed form into your agency’s folder
- Submit SFUSD Email Requests for SY 2021 - 22 HERE.
- Please include the link of your completed AUP form in your Email Request.

WHALE TAIL® Grants are now open!
WHALE TAIL® grants support experiential education and stewardship of the California coast and its watersheds. Grant projects can engage youth or adults and can take place anywhere in California. Grants of any amount up to $50,000 may be awarded.
Application deadline: Nov. 5, 2021.

Youth Development Guide 2.0: Engaging young people in after-school programming
This Guide is designed to offer an introduction to youth development principles and practices to the diverse group of people involved in creating and implementing afterschool programs. We believe that adopting a youth development approach when designing and implementing afterschool programs can help ensure that young people get the most out of these programs.

STEAM - Engineering Lesson- How to Make a DIY Air Purifier
Make your classroom safer! A box fan, air filters and the box in which they come are the raw materials for a simple air purifier that can reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19 indoors. Does it really work? Research from the journal Physics of Fluids suggests the do-it-yourself air filter really does decrease the spread of aerosols, the particles suspended in air that can contain coronaviruses.
