Announcing DFA's First Year-Long National Project with the YMCA

Many young people hold allyship, advocacy, and passion for change in their communities, but don't know how to turn that into action and sustainable change.This is why DFA and the YMCA are partnering for the “Changemakers of the Future” National Project to explore: How can we transform youth interested in creating impact into confident and community-centered changemakers?

Join DFA's Student Tech Advisory Cohort (STAC)

Are you a critical listener who can create space for honest feedback? Do you have interest in contributing to the health of the overall DFA network? Are you looking for an opportunity to gain UX research and testing experience in a professional setting? DFA’s Student Tech Advisory Cohort (STAC) will be a 10-week cohort running from October to December 2021 where 10 students will conduct design research and help inform the implementation of a real-life technology platform to connect the DFA community.

The Project Overview includes a detailed description of the position, timeline, compensation and application requirements.

The deadline to fill out the interest form is Sunday, September 19th at midnight. Students will be notified of acceptance on Thursday, September 23rd.
