U.Lab

What’s u.lab?

U.lab is an experiential course about leading profound innovation in times of disruptive change.  U.lab is based on the idea that “the success of an intervention depends on the interior condition of the intervenor.”

U.lab has two components: an online learning platform and a weekly gathering called the Baltimore Hub.  The online component introduces new skills.  Together, in-person at the Baltimore Hub, we’ll practice the new ways of looking, listening, being and doing.

When’s u.lab?

This fall 2021.  The online course begins September 9.  The Baltimore Hub will meet on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 8 pm from September 22 until November 17, 2021.  We’ll also meet for the u.lab online live sessions on Thursday mornings at 10 am on September 23, October 21, November 18 and December 9.  Register here: Join

The Baltimore Hub gatherings will be at the spacious warehouse of Tamarian, a locally-owned rug and design company.

What’s the cost?

It’s free.  Both the online portion.  And, thanks to the support of Tamarian, the Baltimore Hub portion is also free.
