Announcements

Consider Submitting to the Canadian Journal of General Internal Medicine

The Canadian Journal of General Internal Medicine (CJGIM) is the voice of general internists in Canada. The CJGIM has made important gains to increase its visibility among general internists in Canada, to promote scholarship, and to provide a forum for discussion of emerging issues in the practice of GIM. The journal offers continuous publishing, a rapid turnaround prior to publication within the context of a rigorous peer-review process, and an easy-to-navigate manuscript submission portal. The CJGIM would be an ideal destination for quality improvement research, systematic reviews and other research presented by GIM fellows. During the pandemic, it has responded to the needs of general internists by publishing emerging knowledge on COVID-19 and VITT, as well as an authoritative, regularly updated summary on diagnosis, prevention and treatment. A supplement on Perioperative Medicine was also released.
