We hope you received our September Newsletter yesterday and found it useful. It has been brought to our attention that the link we provided for the Covid Vax Uptake Survey was incorrect. We have now corrected it!
It would be greatly appreciated if you could complete the survey. Data collected from the survey will provide helpful insight into the vaccination rates in our social housing communities. It will also help us target our Vax Assist Project to areas most in need of support.
All fully vaccinated tenants or those who we assisted in booking appointments and subsequently got vaccinated (undertaken from the advice of a health practitioner) will be eligible to be included in Counterpoint's monthly prize draws. The vaccination must be undertaken on the advice of a health practitioner.
Your information will be treated with confidentiality in accordance with the law.
