Specialist Short Breaks - Senior Practitioner


Organisation: The Benjamin Foundation
Hours: 40 hours per annum to be worked over 22 sessions – 1 Saturday per month and school holidays
Location: King's Lynn or Attleborough
Hourly rate: £9.65 per hour
The Specialist Short Breaks Service Groups provide friendships, independence and fun experiences and opportunities for children and young people with a range of disabilities and needs. You will support the planning and delivery of the sessions, support children with low to moderate needs and provide support to colleagues with children with exceptional, high level needs.

Closing Date: Thursday 16 September

Practitioner


Organisation: The Benjamin Foundation
Hours: 140 hours per annum to be worked over 25 sessions – 1 Saturday pcm and school holidays
Location:  King's Lynn
Hourly rate: £10.82 per hour

The Specialist Short Breaks Groups will provide friendships, independence and fun experiences and opportunities for children and young people with a range of disabilities and individual needs. We are seeking qualified and/or experienced Practitioners to support the planning and delivery of these sessions and to offer individual support to children with high needs.

Chief Executive Officer

Administration and Booking Officer


Organisation: The Octagon Chapel
Hours: Two days per week paid for hours worked
Location: Norwich but some home-working may be considered with management agreement
Hourly rate: Living Wage rates (currently £10.50 per hour, plus bonus from Bookings income)
The Trustees of the Chapel seek to appoint an Administration and Booking Officer to manage administrative tasks and venue bookings, including handling small receipts and payments for electricity, water and heating oil and other supplies.

Community Support Worker (Care)


Organisation: Age UK Norwich
Hours: 37 hours per week, days & times flexible.
Location: Norwich based. As this role includes working in the community, applicants must have their own transport with a clean driving licence.
Salary: £18,066 (Full Time Equivalent)
Age UK are looking for experienced carers who are looking for something a little different. We offer a flexible range of carers support, including welfare visits, training and advice on care techniques, coaching for physical activity, as well as case managing and resolving issues that impact the carer, or their loved one.

Family Carer Practitioner (Flexible Support)


Organisation: Voluntary Norfolk
Hours: 37 hours a week
Location: Currently home based due to Covid Pandemic. Normal base will be local Early Help Hub in District Council Offices
Salary: £23,370 per annum
Voluntary Norfolk are looking for people who are passionate about supporting carers and empowering them to achieve real change.  Ideally you will have previous experience delivering assessments and support in a community setting.

Hours: Full time 37 hours per week
Location: Advocates based at several Norfolk locations. Senior Advocate based in Norwich.
Salary: Advocates from £23,370 per annum. Senior Advocate from £26,317 per annum.
You’ll be working on the exciting new Chances project, which supports local people from across Norfolk to access opportunities in work, training and volunteering, as well as assisting those who have lost their jobs due to Covid-19.

Salary: £22000 per annum
The successful applicant will be an advocate for the people they support, working to ensure that individuals have the knowledge and understanding to enable them to make budgeting and financial choices in the future.

This role will include all aspects of general office management as well as cover for HR and Facilities and some IT admin; and will enable the team to provide admin cover across the full working day.

Young People’s Support Worker (LAC)– Specialist/High Needs


Organisation: The Benjamin Foundation
Hours: Variable, shifts will include lone working, evenings, weekends and sleep in responsibilities to meet the needs of the service
Location: Norwich
Hourly rate: £22,463.94 per annum
As a Support Worker, you will liaise with key agencies, and provide advocacy and support to young people covering all areas of their lives including school or college work, jobs, training, household management, appointments, health matters or personal issues. The young people within the service are in care/leaving care.

On Track Coach


Organisation: The Matthew Project
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Covering Norfolk
Salary: £20,651 - £22,353 per annum

You will provide one to one support to young people with multiple and complex needs in Norfolk helping them to reach their goal of moving towards or getting into education, training or employment.

Employment Advisor

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week
Location: Various locations across Norfolk and Waveney
Salary: £20,000 Per annum
The role is part of an employment advice service, working closely with people with common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression and their clinicians.
