2021 OC Boy Scouts Night
Pro Soccer and Overnight Camping!
Saturday, September 25th 7pm – Sunday, September 26th 7am
Calling all OC Boy Scout troops! Come to Championship Soccer Stadium at the OC Great Park to get your overnight camping hours in and cheer on OC’s pro soccer team, the Orange County Soccer Club! Enjoy on-field experiences during the game, movie on the video board, and camp out in tents on the stadium field!
Scoutmasters and Grubmasters: Let OCSC take some of the heavy lifting off your plate and enjoy a fun and easy overnight adventure at a beautiful, safe, clean venue in Irvine. Group packages available for the entire troop, with family packages for the OCSC match offered at a discounted rate. See below for full details:
OCSC Pro Soccer Match vs. Oakland Roots, 7pm-9:30pm
• Pre-match parade on the field for all Boy Scouts in attendance
o Report time of 5:30pm to drop off and store all overnight camping equipment, snacks, water bottles, toiletries, etc.
o Scouts to be recognized in front of stadium crowd directly before kickoff at 6:50pm
• Ticket to OCSC match with reserved seat included
• Dinner meal voucher to OCSC concessions included
• All Scout Troop names listed on Video Board throughout the match
• Post-match group photo of all Scouts on the field in front of Video Board
• Post-match “Kids on the Pitch” crossbar challenge for all kids to kick a soccer ball from the penalty spot on the stadium field
Overnight Campout on the Field, 9:30pm-7am
• Tent set-up from 9:30-10pm
• Family-friendly movie to play on the video board 10-11:30pm
• Lights out at 11:30pm
• Wake-up call at 6am
• Breakfast provided in-stadium from 6-6:30am
• Clean up and pack out 6:30-7am
Scout Troop Packages:
• $30/person covers ticket to the game, dinner, sleepover, and breakfast
• $15/person for scouts, friends, and family who only want ticket to the game
o Sleepover optional (meals not included at this price)
• 2 FREE tickets for organizers for each troop of 20+ tickets sold
• Deadline is Friday, September 17 at 5pm
