Can you help us cover 15,000 bottoms?

As the pandemic continues to impact our region, diaper need keeps growing.
So many families are struggling with inconsistent work and childcare, rising diaper prices and uncertainty about the future. What is certain -- children need clean, dry diapers today to stay healthy. And parents need relief from the constant worry about how to afford the basics as they take care of their families.
Over the last 18 months, Babies Need Bottoms has responded to the increase in need by steadily expanding from distributing an average of 3,000 diapers monthly (pre-pandemic) to over 30,000 diapers in the months of August and September 2021.
We're on track to distribute 300,000 diapers this year, to cover 15,000 bottoms -- and we need your help to do it!

All week, September 27th through October 3rd at the Asheville Outlets Food Court we will be collecting diapers and diapering supplies to help us meet the goal of covering 15,000 bottoms. You can donate:
- open or unopened packages of diapers
- new, unopened packages of disposable wipes
- rash cream
Our biggest needs are sizes 4,5, 6 diapers, Pull Ups size 2/3T and 4/5T and disposable wipes.
