Hi All,

On Saturday, I resigned from the Children's Health Defense. My resignation is effective immediately.

My resignation will not affect the two court submissions that are due on 9/15 - the reply brief in the OTARD case and the filing of an amicus brief in the PA Supreme Court Case regarding smart meter mandates. We have done tremendous work on both, and I will send an update about these submissions after they are filed.

I want to thank Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for his unwavering support of me and my work throughout my time at CHD, including when I decided to leave.

I am proud of my time and work at CHD.

We have led and won the historic case against the FCC for its fraudulent guidelines. We have filed the OTARD case, another major undertaking against the FCC. We built this case before we filed it, including getting 15,090 people to join our effort and expose massive sickness: 6,231 of those who joined our submission declared that they and/or their children are sick. We have led the amicus in the PA Supreme Court case in order to undermine the growing pressure of utility companies to mandate smart meters. Our work on the amicus brief has revealed important information that will be of tremendous help in the effort to stop smart meters and the decision in our guidelines case is also important in this effort. Since the focus of both OTARD and the smart meters' case is the preemption of disability accommodations for those who are sick, we felt that it is crucial to take these cases on and do all we can to fight back. Most recently, approximately 80,000 letters were sent in the campaign we started last week to inform elected officials about the DC Circuit ruling that the FCC’s decision its guidelines are protective is capricious, arbitrary and not evidence-based and call them to take action. We also became involved in the cell phone brain tumor litigation when Robert joined the legal team in a new case that was filed in Louisiana. I also wrote dozens of articles, conducted webinars, participated in TV and radio interviews, EMF summits. I especially like the two debates I participated in - one with industry representatives and the other with a leader in the African-American community (read the comments in the debate - they are hilarious!).

I want to emphasize that despite my departure from CHD - I am grateful for this organization and the work it has been doing, especially in these defining times. I support its agenda in every way. The takeover of governments, legislatures and regulatory bodies worldwide, has been destroying our health, life and planet and dangerously undermining democracy, civil rights and freedoms. Those who conduct this fraud are the same/similar actors, whether the issue is wireless or Covid/vaccines. The disease is the same disease: money in politics and media control.

I have received a lot of push back from some safe-tech organizations since I joined CHD, claiming that the involvement with the vaccine issue is undermining the wireless issue because of how successful industry has been with the smear campaign of the vaccine truth movement. I disagree and I hope CHD will continue to promote the 5G/Wireless harm issue.

I think those who hold this belief fail to see the bigger picture and are falling for industry’s “divide and conquer” approach. We only have a chance if we all come together. Our strength is in numbers and in speaking the truth. We should never be silent about the truth and about abusive policies that take away civil rights and freedoms - ours and those of others.

Moving forward, please send emails only to dafna@wearetheevidence.org

Thank you,

Dafna
